Ex-LAPD sergeant to be arraigned for alleged misconduct on cruise ship
LOS ANGELES A retired Los Angeles police sergeant and former T-V reporter is scheduled to answer charges today in connection with alleged sexual encounters he had aboard a cruise ship with two 12-year-old boys.
