It was the sound of bagpipes, not steel drums, that greeted passengers aboard the second largest cruise ship in the world Wednesday. The Voyager of the Seas was diverted north because of a tropical storm in the Atlantic, sending shorts-clad vacation-goers to Halifax instead of Bermuda.
