Commission looks to end rogue tour operations
CHARLOTTETOWN – The Capital Commission is trying to stop unlicensed tour operators from picking up cruise ship passengers. It has been trying to control who can pick up tourists on the dock. However, the commission really has no jurisdiction over those sorts of rules.
