NEW ORLEANS (AP) — A docking mishap has delayed the return of thousands of cruise ship passengers from Mexico. A Royal Caribbean International spokesman says the two-thousand-30 passengers on the “Grandeur of the Seas” have to wait for repairs to be completed, or fly home.
