NTSB investigating freak wave, cruise ship incident
(NY-NBC) April 20, 2005 - A rough trip for some cruise ship passengers is being investigated by federal authorities. The National Transportation Safety Board is sending an investigator to look into the accident involving a Norwegian Dawn ship.
