Port Authority did not turn away ‘Ocean Village’
The Trinidad and Tobago Port Authority did not make any decision to turn away a cruise ship with some 1800 tourists from the Port on Easter Monday because of a lack of berthing accommodation, Betty Ann Gibbons, the authority’s Public Relations Officer has made clear.
